Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Zodiac Match Android app and its website at zodiacmatchs.date (the “Service”), provided by Zodiac Match (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Entertainment only
Horoscopes, match scores, poll results and “Ask the stars” answers are for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not predictions of fact and are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Do not rely on them for important decisions. If you are in crisis or danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create a profile, comment or subscribe. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission. Dating is only for people aged 18 or over.
3. Your profile
- A profile is optional. Choose a display name that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone.
- Your profile is tied to your device. Keep your friend code to yourself unless you want someone to add you.
- You can delete your profile at any time in the app (My profile → Delete my profile).
4. Dating
- Dating is optional. You must be 18 or older and use your own, recent photo showing only you. No nudity, no sexual content, no children in photos, no photos of other people without their permission.
- Your photo, first name, age and sign are shown to other members whose preferences match yours. Two members can message each other only after both have liked each other. Messages are text only.
- Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, pressure or scam anyone, ask for money, or promote paid services. Never send money to someone you met in the app.
- You can unmatch, block and report anyone. Profiles reported by several people are hidden automatically, and we may remove profiles, photos and messages that break these terms.
- We do not run background checks and are not responsible for how members behave, online or when meeting in person. If you decide to meet someone, meet in a public place and tell a friend where you are going.
- Compatibility scores are for entertainment and say nothing about a person’s character or safety.
5. Community rules
When you comment, send readings, use Friends or send dating messages, you agree not to post or send anything that is:
- hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit or violent;
- spam, advertising, scams or links to harmful sites;
- someone else’s personal information, or content you have no right to share;
- illegal, or encouraging illegal or dangerous activity.
You can report comments and block people in the app. Comments that receive several reports are hidden automatically. We may remove content and suspend or delete profiles that break these rules.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process it as needed to run the Service (for example, to show your comments to other users). This licence ends when you delete the content or your profile, except for copies we must keep by law.
7. Premium subscription
- Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you buy.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
- Payments, refunds and free trials are handled by Google Play under the Google Play refund policy and applicable consumer law.
- Premium currently removes ads and makes Ask the stars unlimited. We may add, change or remove Premium features; if a change significantly reduces what you paid for, you may cancel.
8. Ads
The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob and its partners. Please do not click ads you are not interested in or try to manipulate ad rewards; doing so may lead to your rewards being removed.
9. Rewards and credits
Free and bonus “Ask the stars” questions have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire or change.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: do not attempt to break its security, overload it, scrape it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to harm others.
11. Our content
The app, its readings, design, text, graphics and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing readings and match cards with the app’s share features is welcome.
12. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Service, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms; we will change the effective date and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
13. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
15. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your profile. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 5, 12 and 13) remain in effect.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts and consumer arbitration committees under applicable law.
